that it does hereby accept that certain Deed of Dedication of Sanitary Sewer
Easement dated December 19, 1975, executed by RALPH D. MARTIN and MARY P.
MARTIN, his wife, and the same be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
