RESOLUTION NO.38 - 76
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED
ASSESSMENTS RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS
WITHIN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
WHEREAS, assessments and diagrams were made and filed with the
City Clerk of said City pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improve-
ment Act of 1913, and said assessments were confirmed and recorded in the
office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are
unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement
Bond Act of 1915 have been divided so that they no longer conform to the
original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the
City Clerk a report and amended assessments and diagrams of the lots or parcels
so divided, said parcels being designated in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
2. The unpaid installments of said original assessments shall be
segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several
parts of the original lots or parcels and the total amounts of the assessments
of the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the
unpaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land.
3. Upon receipt of said report and amended assessments and diagrams
the City Clerk shall fix the time and place for hearing said amended assessments
before this Council.
4. The City Clerk of said City shall advertise the time and place
of such hearing before the Council by publishing a notice of said amended
assessments twice in the BOUTIQUE & VILLAGER, a newspaper of general circulation
published and circulated in said City, the first publication being not less
than fifteen (15) days before said hearing.

certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a regular meeting
thereof duly held on the 3_ rr day of May, 1976, by the following vote:
