CERTIFYING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
FOR A PROPOSED THREE-STORY OFFICE
BUILDING AT 1203 HOWARD AVENUE
EIR - 35P
WHEREAS, the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (Public
Resources Code, Sections 21100, et sec.) provides that local governmental
agencies shall make written environmental impact reports on projects which
may have a significant effect on the environment; and
WHEREAS, members of the public and other concerned parties must be
given an opportunity to provide input both in the making of the report and
the ultimate decision upon the application based in part upon that report; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report entitled and numbered as
set forth above has been prepared and filed in the office of the City Clerk
of this City and was set for hearing before the Planning Commission of this
City; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said Environmental Impact Report was posted and
a hearing having been held in the form and manner required, and said Environ-
[mental Impact Report was accepted, approved and recommended by the Planning
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that:
The Environmental Impact Report designated above, as the same was
prepared and filed with the City Clerk, be and the same is hereby declared to
be the Environmental Impact Report required by law to be made by the local
agency, and it is hereby certified by this Council for and on behalf of the
City of Burlingame.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the fore-
going resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 19th day of April, 1976, and adopted thereafter by the following
