RESOLUTION NO. 16 - 76
AWARDING CONTRACT
BURLINGAME SHORELINE BICYCLE/PEDESTRIAN TRAIL
JOB NO. 75-19
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids for
the construction of the Burlingame Shoreline Bicycle/Pedestrian Trail (Job
No. 75-19); and
WHEREAS, on January 28, 1976, all bids received were opened before
the Deputy City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORATION submitted the lowest bid for
doing said work in the sum of $18,170.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the
bid of ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORATION, for the sum of $18,170.00 be, and the
same hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for the
performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract
and to approve the faithful performance bond and labor and materials bond
required to be furnished by the contractor.

certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 2nd day of February, 1976, and adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
