Subject: Resolution Releasing Covenant and Condition
Running with Lot 6 and Part of Lot 5, Block
1, Burlingame Land Company
In 1965 a covenant was entered into by Mel K. Dollinger. At the time
he leased a store room at 302 Lorton Avenue. Under the covenant he
agreed to reconstruct a wall at such time as he might vacate that ad-
jacent premises. Mr. Dollinger now has purchased the entire property
and is in the process of extensively remodelling. It is therefore no
longer necessary that the covenant be continued, and the attached
resolution would release the previous covenant and clear this matter
from Mr. Dollinger's title.
