AWARDING CONTRACT
1977-1978 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM
Job No. 77-27
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids for
1977-1978 Sidewalk Repair Program; and
WHEREAS, on November 22, 1977, all bids received were opened before
the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder for said job was ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORA-
TION in the amount of $21.,620;00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the
bid of ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORATION in the sum of $21,620.. be, and the same
is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for the
performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said con-
tract and to approve the faithful performance bond and labor and materials
bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 5th day of December, 1977, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
