RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AIRPORT BOULEVARD
PAVING AND LANDSCAPE PROJECT
JOB NO. 76-12
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that
the work done by MUNKDALE BROS., INC., under the terms of its contract with the
City of Burlingame dated November 15, 1976, has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor, and to
the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as "AIRPORT BOULEVARD
PAVING AND LANDSCAPING PROJECT (JOB NO. 76-12)."
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file
Ifor record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion thereof as required
Eby law.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 3rd day of October, 1977, and was adopted there-
after by the following vote:
