AWARDING CONTRACT
HANDICAP RAMPS, DRIVEWAY ABANDONMENT
AND FIRE STATION NO. 1 DRIVEWAY
JOB NO. 77-3, Items 3 through 10
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for handicap ramps, driveway abandonment, and Fire Station No. 1 Driveway; and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1977, all bids received were opened before
the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORATION submitted the lowest bid for
items 3 through 10 of said Job No. 77-3 in the sum of $8,606.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the
bid of ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORATION for Items 3 through 10 of said Job No.
77-3 for the sum of $8,606.00 be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for the
performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract
and to approve the faithful performance bond and labor and materials bond
required to be furnished by the contractor.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 19 day of September, 1977, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
