RESOLUTION ACCEPTING 1976/77 WEED
ABATEMENT PROGRAM FOR ITEMS 6 AND 7
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that
the work done by BAY PEST COMPANY under the terms of its contract with the
City of Burlingame dated September 2, 1975, as extended by letter agreement
dated May 27, 1976, for the year 1976/77, has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor, and to
the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as "1976/77 Weed Abatement
Program for Items 6 and 7."
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Competion thereof as required
by law.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 20th day of June, 1977, and was adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
