AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
FOR THE TROUSDALE DRIVE AND MAGNOLIA DRIVE
SIGNALIZATION PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution of the
agreement cited in the title above.
2. The City Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to sign said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instrgcted to attest
such signature.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY
OF SAN MATEO AND THE CITY OF BURLINGAME IN CONNECTION WITH THE
TROUSDALE DRIVE AND MAGNOLIA DRIVE SIGNALIZATION PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State
of California, that
WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame is participating in the City -County
Highway Program for San Mateo County; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to improve traffic conditions
through the intersection of Trousdale Drive and Magnolia Drive by the
installation of traffic signals; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement providing for the reimbursement to the
City of Burlingame for certain costs of the Trousdale Drive and Magnolia
Drive signalization project has been presented to this Board of Supervisors;
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended to this Board that
said agreement be executed, and this Board finds it necessary and desirable
that said agreement be executed by this Board on behalf of the County of
San Mateo:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Chairman
of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement with the City of Burlingame for and on behalf of the
County of San Mateo, and the signature of the Clerk of this Board shall
attest thereto.
