RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE IN PRISM PROJECT
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame currently participates and pays
funds into that undertaking known as the PRISM project, which project proposes
to execute a joint powers agreement providing for further funding and the
establishment of a county -wide computer based criminal justice information
system; and
WHEREAS, it has been requested that the City of Burlingame indicate
its intention to continue participation in said PRISM project;
NOW, THEREFORE,it is hereby ORDERED AND DETERMINED that the
City Council of the City of Burlingame hereby expresses its intention to
participate for the remainder of the 1977 calendar year in the PRISM Project
as generally outlined in the the rough draft of the joint powers agreement
presented to this Council for review.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the Rth day of June, 1977, and was adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
