AWARDING CONTRACT
INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT
TROUSDALE DRIVE AND MAGNOLIA DRIVE
(JOB 76-3) AND
INSTALLATION OF A SIGNAL CONTROLLER AT
CALIFORNIA DRIVE AND OAK GROVE AVENUE
(JOB 76-4)
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids for
installation of traffic signals at Trousdale Drive and Magnolia Drive (Job 76-3)1
and installation of signal controller at California Drive and Oak Grove Avenue
(Job 76-4); and
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1977, all bids received were opened before the
City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, ROSENDIN ELECTRIC, INC., of San Jose, California, submitted
the lowest bid for the work the sum of $24,220.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the bidl
lof ROSENDIN ELECTRIC INC., for the sum of $24,220.00 be, and the same is hereby,
jaccepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for the
performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract
and to approve the faithful performance bond and labor and materials bond re-
quired to be furnished by the contractor.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
Ithe City Council held on the 2nd day of May, 1977, and was adopted thereafter by
