RESOLUTION NO.18-77
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT
TO AGREEMENT REGARDING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND
DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that that certain Amendment to Agreement Regarding
Feasibility Study and Draft Environmental Impact Report, copies
of which Amendment have heretofore been presented to this Council
be, and is hereby, approved and that the Mayor be, and is hereby,
authorized to execute said Amendment on behalf of the City and the
City Clerk be, and is hereby, authorized to attest to said signa-
ture and to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
of Burlingame, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 22ndday of February , 1977, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: Amstrup-Crosby
Harrison-Mangini
NOES, Councilmembers: Martin
ABSENT, Councilmembers: None
