RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
BURLINGAME INDUSTRIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
ASSESSMENTS NOS. 11 AND 12
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
WHEREAS, said Council did on the 3rd day of May, 1976, adopt its
resolution ordering the City Engineer to make and file with said Council an
amended assessment of all parcels of property the former assessements on which
are designated upon the original assessment and diagram and confirmed by said
Council on November 14, 1955, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent
of Streets as Diagram and Assessment No. 1; and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did, on the 6th day of December, 1976,
pursuant to resolution ordering the same, file with the City Clerk an amended
assessment and diagram; and
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Tuesday, the 22nd day of February, 1977,
as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused notice of said
hearing to be published twice in THE BOUTIQUE & VILLAGER, the first publication
being fifteen (15) days before said hearing, as appears from the affidavit on
file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing no protests or
ections were made or presented to the proposed amended assessment, and all
tters and things pertaining to said amended assessment were duly heard and
idered by said Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment and diagram
led with the City Clerk of said City pursuant to resolution ordering same be
nd the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk of said City shall deliver
id amended assessment to the Superintendent of Streets, together with a

certified copy of this resolution thereto attached, and said Superintendent
of Streets shall thereupon record such amended assessment in his office with a
certificate at the end thereof by the City Clerk of said City that it is the
amended assessment approved by said Council on February 22, 1977.
The Superintendent of Streets shall note opposite the several
assessments in said original Diagram and Assessment that it has been displaced
by said amended assessment, giving its date, and shall credit upon such
amended assessments all payments theretofore made upon such original assessmen
When said amended assessment has been recorded, the Superintendent of Streets
shall cause the original assessment involved to be cancelled.
The City Clerk shall cause to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder a copy of the Amended Assessment Diagram and file the amended
assessment as confirmed or modified by the City Council with the County Con-
troll:er who shall annually thereafter enter upon the assessment roll the
installments becoming due on each component part of the original parcel
opposite the description of the respective parcels so assessed.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and
passed by the City Council of the City of Burlingame at a meeting thereof duly
held on the 22nd day of February, 1977, by the following vote:

Parcels designated by the following diagram and assessment thereon and the several
portions thereof assessed upon the divided parts of said Lots or Parcels, and the
amounts of said portions and the interest thereon to be collected are all as more
particularly hereinafter set forth.
