RESOLUTION ACCEPTING INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC
SIGNALS AT TROUSDALE DRIVE AND MAGNOLIA AVENUE
(JOB 76-3), AND INSTALLATION OF A SIGNAL CON-
TROLLER AT CALIFORNIA DRIVE AND OAK GROVE
AVENUE (JOB 76-4)
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that
the work done by ROSENDIN ELECTRIC, INC., under the terms of its contract with
the City of Burlingame dated May 2, 1977, has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, subject to the terms of the
maintenance agreement.
2. Said work is described as "Installation of Traffic signals at
Trousdale Drive and Magnolia Avenue (Job 76-3),"and "Installation of a Signal
Controller at California Drive and Oak Grove Avenue (Job 76-4)."
3. Said work be, and the same hereby is, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion thereof as required
by law.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 5th day of December, 1977, and was adopted there-
after by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup-Crosby-Mangini-Martin
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Harrison
