ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California,
that it does hereby accept that certain Grant of Easement dated December 8,
1977, executed by GEORGES KURTH and MARY-SUSAN KURTH, and that the same be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
