ACCEPTING MYRTLE AVENUE STORM DRAIN AND
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
JOB NO. 76-10
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME, California,
and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that
the work done by WENRICK AND ASSOCIATES under the terms of its contract with
the City of Burlingame dated November 15, 1976, has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council there-
for, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as "Storm Drain and
Sanitary Sewer Improvements - Job 76-10."
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion thereof as
required by law.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 7th day of February, 1977, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
