RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION
TO VACATE AND ABANDON PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT,
ANCHOR EASEMENT AND WIRE CLEARANCE EASEMENT
WITHIN LOTS 7, 8 AND 9, BLOCK 5, AS SHOWN ON THAT
MAP OF EAST MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK. UNIT NO. 2
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame:
1. That the public interest and convenience require, and it is
the intention of said Council to vacate, abandon and close certain public
utility easements, which are situated in the City of Burlingame, County
of San Mateo, State of California, and are particularly described in EXHIBIT
A attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part of this resolution by
reference.
2. For a particular description of the easements to be vacated
hereunder reference is made to that certain subdivision map on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, entitled "MAP OF EAST
MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT NO. 2," wherein the public utility easements
proposed to be vacated are colored in green.
3. The City Council hereby elects to proceed under the Public
Service Easements Vacations Law, Sections 50430 through 50445 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California.
4. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 2nd day of May ,
1977, at 8:00 o'clock p.m., at the Council Chambers of the City Council in
the City Hall, in the City of Burlingame, is hereby fixed as the time and
place for hearing of persons interested in the proposed vacation of said
easements.
5. The Clerk of said City shall cause this Resolution to be pub-
Ilished twice in the SAN MATEO TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation
1published in San Mateo County and circulated in -.said City, which newspaper is
thereby designated for that purpose.
6. The City Engineer of said City shall cause to be posted
1conspicuously along the line of said easements proposed to be vacated

Notices of Easement Vacation. The notices shall be posted not more than 300
feet apart and at least three (3) such notices stating the time and place of
hearing and the passage of this Resolution shall be posted.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 18th day of April, 1977, and adopted thereafter
by the following vote:

EASEMENTS TO BE VACATED
Public Utility Easement, Anchor Easement and Wire Clearance
Easement within Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 5, as shown on that Map of East
Millsdale Industrial Park, Unit No. 2.
Burlingame, San Mateo County, recorded August 3, 1959, in
Volume 50 of Maps at pages 4, 5 and 6, and more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southerly corner of Lot 8, Block 5
described above; thence North 50' 41' 25" West 100.00
feet along the southwesterly line of said Lot 8; thence
leaving said southwesterly line South 390 18' 35" West
2.00 feet; thence north 50° 41' 25" West 20.00 feet;
thence South 39' 18' 35" West 8.00 feet; thence North
50' 41' 25" West 105 feet; thence parallel to and 10
feet southeasterly of the northwesterly line of Lots
9 and 7, Block 5, as shown on said Map of East Millsdale
Industrial'Park, Unit No. 2 North 39° 18' 35" East 20
feet; thence parallel to and 10 feet northeasterly of
the southwesterly line of Lots 7 and 8, Block 5 as shown
on said Map South 50° 41' 25" East 225 feet to the south-
easterly line of said Lot 8; thence along the southeasterly
line of said Lot 8 South 390 18' 35" West'10 feet to the
point of beginning.
