Dated: November 28, 1978
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept those certain Deeds of
Easement for sanitary sewer purposes dated November 28, 1978,
executed by BURLLNGAME GROVE ASSOCIATES, a general partnership,
and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of San Mateo, California.
EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk, does hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the .18 day of December, 1978,
by the following vote:
