RESOLUTION NO.68 - 78
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY
PATROL FOR TRAINING PROGRAMS
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS the State of California, Department of Califor-
nia Highway Pagrol requires written training agreements from any
agency participating in training programs at the Academy; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Burl.i
desires from time to time to participate in certain training
programs sponsored and administered by the Department of
California Highway Patrol;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame that the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to sign such training agreements.

EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk, does hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of November,
1978, by the following vote:
