RESOLUTION NO, 63- 78
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT AS SHOWN ON
THAT CERTAIN MAP ENTITLED "RESUBDIVISION OF
LOTS 20 - 26, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 5, AS SHOWN
ON MAP ENTITLED EAST MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2"
RESOLVED by the City Council of Burlingame, California,
WHEREAS, the portion of public utility easement herein-
after particularly described has not been used for the purpose
for which it was dedicated or acquired for five (5) years next
preceding the date of this resolution; and
WHEREAS, said portion of said easement has not been
used continuously, or ever, or at all, since the date of its
dedication or acquisition; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience require
the vacation and abandonment of said portion of said easement;
and
WHEREAS, after hearing the evidence, the City Council
finds that said portion of said easement is not necessary for
present or prospective public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to the
provisions of Section 50443(a) of the Government Code, that said
portion of said public utility easement be, and the same is
hereby, vacated and abandoned. Said portion of said easement is
as shown on the map entitled: "Parcel Map,being a Resubdivision
of Lots 20 - 26, Inclusive, Block 5, as shown on map entitled
'East Millsdale Industrial Park Unit No. 2, recorded in Volume
9/27/78 11 1
2 of Maps at pages 4 to 6, inclusive, San Mateo County Records,
San Mateo County, California,"' said parcel map having been filed
for record on September 22, 1978, in Volume 43 of Parcel Maps at
page 48.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Resolution No.
38-78 is hereby rescinded.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of Octo-
ber 1978, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
