RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT,
UNIT NO. 1, WASTEWATER TREATMENT WORKS IM-
PROVEMENTS (CITY JOB NO. 734A)
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that
the work done by SCOTT COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA under the terms of its contract
with the City of Burlingame dated March 21, 1974, has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council there-
for to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is described as "Construction of Project, Unit No. 1,
Wastewater Treatment Works Improvements, City Job No. 73-4A."
3. Said work be, and the same hereby is, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion thereof as required
by law.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the rth day of February, 1978, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
