RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MILLS CANYON
ACCESS ROAD - JOB NO. 77-37
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby find, order and deter-
mine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has
certified that the work done by ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORATION under
the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated May
1, 1978, has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by this Council therefor and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as "Mills
Canyon Access Road - Job No. 77-37."
3. Said work be and same hereby is accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder a notice of com-
pletion thereof as required by law.
