RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Deed of
Dedication of Pedestrian Easement dated April 12, 1978, executed
by ANZA SHAREHOLDERS LIQUIDATING TRUST, and that the same be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, California.
