RESOLUTION DECLARING TERMINATION OF
WATER SHORTAGE EMERGENCY CONDITION
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame as follows:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 350 et sec. of the Water Code of the
State of California this City by Ordinance 1101 established procedures for
conservation of water, and by Resolution No. 29-77 declared a water shortage
emergency condition; and
WHEREAS, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission has terminated
its reduction in water supply and a water shortage emergency condition there-
fore no longer exists within the City of Burlingame;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Burlingame declares that the water shortage emergency condition
established by Resolution No. 29-77 on April 6, 1977, is hereby terminated,
as of January 26, 1978,
and that/ the provisions of Chapter 15.06 of the Burlingame Municipal Code and
California Water Code 350, et seg., shall no longer be in effect.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a special meeting of
the City Council held on the 25 day of January, 1978, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Martin
