RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Deed of Ease-
ment for Public Ingress and Egress dated June 24, 1978, executed
by STEVE J. MUSICH and MERRY LEE MUSICH, and that the same be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo. California.
