RESOLUTION ACCEPTING 1977/1978 WEED
ABATEMENT PROGRAM - PLANT GROW CORPORA-
TION AND BAY PEST CONTROL
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that:
(a) The work done by PLANT GROW CORPORATION under the terms of
its contract with the City of Burlingame dated October 17, 1977, has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved
by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director of
Public Works; and
(b) The work done by BAY PEST CONTROL under the terms of its
contract with the City of Burlingame dated September 2, 1975, as
extended by letter agreements dated October 5, 1977, and October 7,
1977, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifica-
tions approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of
the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is oarticularly described as "Weed Abatement -
1977-1978 - Job 77-22."
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder notices of Completion thereof as required
by law.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the loth day of July, 1978, and was adopted there-
after by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup-Barton-Crosby-Martin
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mangini
