RESOLUTION AMENDING BOUNDARY OF UNDER-
GROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 5 - BAYSWATER
AVENUE FROM MYRTLE ROAD TO HIGHLAND AVENUE
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME
as follows:
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 76-77 adopted on the 6th day
of September, 1977, this Council established Underground Utility
District No. 5 concerning Bayswater Avenue from Myrtle Road to
Highland Avenue; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 11-78 adopted on the 6th day
of March, 1978, certain portions of the public right-of-way were
removed from said district; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that certain
further portions of the public right-of-way be removed from said
underground utility district as described in Resolution No. 11-78;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame that the description of Underground Utility
District No. 5, as set forth in the exhibit attached to Resolution
No. 11-78, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A attached
hereto.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
instructed to notify all affected utilities and all persons owning
real property within Underground Utility District No. 5 of the
adoption of this resolution.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 10 day of
1978, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
