RESOLUTION NO.39 - 78
ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING
COMMISSION APPLICATIONS AND PERMITS
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that:
WHEREAS, various provisions of the Burlingame Municipal
Code provide for fees to be established by resolution of this
Council for applications and permits pertaining to matters to be
considered by the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, the following fee schedule is
established for the applications, permits and proceedings
hereinafter set forth, said fees to supercede those established
in Resolution No. 19-75:

All other districts $75.00
Special permit $100.00 plus charges for any staff
time in excess of eight hours
Rezoning $100.00
Condominium permit $50.00
Sign permit $25.00 for painted signs

Fence exception
