HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 039-19786/15/78 RESOLUTION NO.39 - 78 ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING COMMISSION APPLICATIONS AND PERMITS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, that: WHEREAS, various provisions of the Burlingame Municipal Code provide for fees to be established by resolution of this Council for applications and permits pertaining to matters to be considered by the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, the following fee schedule is established for the applications, permits and proceedings hereinafter set forth, said fees to supercede those established in Resolution No. 19-75: Item or Type of Application Fee Variance In R-1 and R-2 districts $40.00 All other districts $75.00 Special permit $100.00 plus charges for any staff time in excess of eight hours Rezoning $100.00 Condominium permit $50.00 Sign permit $25.00 for painted signs $50.00 for other signs subject to review Sign exception $50.00 Fence exception $15.00 for R-1 and R-2 districts $50.00 for all other districts Environmental assessment $25.00 ) Plus charges for any Negative declaration $25.00 )-- staff time in excess of two hours Notice of exemption $25.00 ) Environmental impact $300.00 plus 25% of consultant report contract cost, plus charges for any staff time in excess of 16 hours Parcel map $50.00 Subdivision $50.00 plus $3.00 per parcel or per lot, plus checking fees 1 Item or Type of Application Fee Ambiguity hearings and other original petitions $25.00 Amendments to special permits $25.00 May6br I, EVELYN H.
