RESOLUTION FIXING SCHEDULE'OF FEES
FOR ENTRY UPON AND FOR DUMPING UPON
THE MUNICIPAL DUMP, AND PROHIBITING
DUMPING OF CERTAIN MATERIALS
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, that:
1. The schedule of fees for entry upon and for dumping
at the Municipal Dump of the City of Burlingame shall be as
follows for all refuse and for all persons:
(a) $2.75 per cubic yard;
(b) $1.25 minimum charge for each dumping if
less than a cubic yard.
2. These fees shall supercede all other fees, rates
or charges previously adopted by this City Council for the
(Municipal Dump of the City of Burlingame.
3. The foregoing schedule shall not be applicable
where its provisions conflict with the provisions of any agree-
ment or contract now existing or hereinafter entered into between
the City of Burlingame and any other public agency, or any person
under contract with the City of Burlingame, to furnish garden
refuse pick-up service.

4. The schedule of fees shall be effective June 12,
5. The following restrictions and prohibitions shall
apply to the Municipal Dump of the City of Burlingame:
(a) No more than sixty (60) cubic yards of building
demolition or construction debris will be accepted from
a single source, project or contributor within a thirty
(30) day period.
(b) No tree stumps or logs measuring over three (3)
feet in any linear dimension will be accepted.

(c) Not more than four (4) rubber tires will be
accepted per transaction while space remains in lower
lifts of the filling process. No rubber tires will be
accepted for inclusion in the final top lift of the fill-
ing process.

at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of
June, 1978, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
