RESOLUTION NO.34 - 78
RESOLUTION AWARDING ALARM FRANCHISE AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized an invitation for
bids for the award of a franchise for the installation of police
alarm systems; and
WHEREAS, on May 10, 1978, the bids were opened, and it
was determined that the lowest bidder was A.D.T. SECURITIES
SYSTEMS;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ORDERED,
that the bid of A.D.T. SECURITIES SYSTEMS for the burglar alarm
franchise, in conformance with Chapter 10.10 of the Burlingame
al Code, be, and the same hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a franchise agreement be
entered into between the successful bidder hereinabove referred
to and the City of Burlingame, and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to
cute said franchise agreement.
I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5�tt_ day of
June, 1978, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
