RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS - JOB NO. 77-2
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that
the work done by L. J. KRZICH PIPELINE ENGINEERING CO., INC., under the terms
of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated September 7, 1977, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this
Council therefor to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is described as "Water System Improvements - Job 77-2."
3. Said work be, and the same hereby is, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion thereof as
required by law.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 15 day of May 1978, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
