HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 023-1978RESOLUTION NO.23 - 78 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO FIRE STATIONS 1 AND 3 - JOB NO. 77-20 RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council does find, order and determine as follows: 1. The Director of Public Works of said City has ce fied that the work done by THORNTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated August 1, 1977, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. 2. Said work is described as "Alterations and Addi- tions to Fire Stations 1 and 3 - Job 77-20." 3. Said work be, and the same hereby is, accepted. 4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law. n May I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 1st day of May, 1978, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup-Barton-Crosby-Mangini NOES: COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Martin (((( YCity Clerk 4/26/78
