Sandos, B.S.C.; Ralph Richart, Burlingame MINUTES The Minutes of the December 18, 2014 regular meeting were approved as submitted. PUBLIC COMMENTS — Ralph Richart, Burlingame, spoke on the process of field allocation. He is the previous field coordinator for the Burlingame Soccer Club and he has children on soccer teams that are non-resident teams. Ralph is aware that next month the field allocation process will be on the Commission agenda and what he would like to encourage the Commission to consider is how the City defines a resident club and a non-resident club. After you finish taking care of your residents, as is your first priority, he would like to see all remaining non- resident groups put into the same pool. As a member of a non-resident club we would love consideration on your lighted fields. OLD BUSINESS A.
