RESOLVED, by the Clry COUNCIL of the City of Eurlingame, California which FINDS,
and ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

l, MEAGHAN HASSEL-SHEARER, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify that the
foregoing Resotution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19h day
of November, 2018 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES:COUNCILMEMBERS: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES:COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE

RESOLUTTON NO. 145-2018
1. The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement cited in
the title above.
2. The City Manager is authorized to sign said agreemenl on behalf of the City of
Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is instructed to attest such signature.
