A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ACCEPTING
WASHINGTON PARK RESTROOM REPLACEMENT IMPROVEMENTS BY GXT, INC. AND
TIMBERLINE ENGINEERING
CITY PROJECT NO. 85050
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, which finds, orders,
and determines as follows:
1. The Director of Parks and Recreation of the City has certified the work done by CXT, lnc.
under terms of its contract with the City dated April 26, 2018, and Timberline Engineering under the
terms of its contract with the City dated April 30, 2018, has been completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction of the Director of Parks
and Recreation.
Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 85050
Said work is accepted

l, Meaghan Hassel-Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify that the foregoing
Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5s day of November,
20'18, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
