A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - CAROLAN AVENUE "COMPLETE STREETS"
PROJECT BY
GHILOTTI CONSTRUCTION GOMPANY, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 83680
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, Califomia, which finds, orders
and determines as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by Ghilotti Construclion
Company, lnc. under the terms of its contract with the City dated June 15, 2017, has been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction of
the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 83680
3. Said work is accepted.

Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2d day of Julv, 2018,
and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
