HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Packet - LB - 1948.09.08 Burlingame, Calif. August 4, 1948. A regular meeting of the Burlingame Library Board was held on the above date. Present were: Messrs. Miller, Reynolds and Colby. The minutes of July 7th were read and approved as read. Libra- rian's report was read and ordered filed. Bills to the amount of $2417.52 were read and ordered paid. The Girl Scout Council granted permission to use the assembly room, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. on October 27. The Business and Professional Women desired use of room for two meetings a month. If out of the building by 9 o 'clock to be allowed to hold business meeting once per month. The action of miss Smith in placing Miss M.J. Welbasky on the staff as a junior librarian temporarily, approved. There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned.
