Trustees present: President Johnson, Mrs. Harrison, Mr. Burns,
^r.r. Crosby, Yr. Fichtner.
The reinot-s of the June 11 board mentine were read and
annroved.
BILLS
On r:otior. by Pdr. Crosby, seconded by Yr Flohtn�r, the
bills in the amount of :;62,005.91 were ordered paid.
LIBRLIRI AN'S REPORT
The Librarian's report for the month of Jane was accepted
and the financial statement for the month :was approved.
OLD BUSIIGgSS
The Library Board met with the City Council during the
hour previous to the regular meeting. A slight adjust-
went in the final budget was made.
Ni:;V BUSINESS
Election of officers. Mr. Burns was nominated for
President of the board by lAr. Crosby, seconded by Mr.
Fichtner. Mr. Burns declined. Mrs. Harrison was then
nominated for President by Air. Crosby, seconded by Mr.
Fichtner, and was elected. On a motion by Crosby,
seconded by Fichtner, Yr. Burns was nominated and elected.
Secretary.
The Board extended Its thanks to Mrs. Johnson for the
excellent manner it which she carried out the duties
of her position during tLe past thre' dears.
