On motion by 1':-r. Burns, seconded by dr. rosby, the bills
in the amount of 41,114.34 «ere ordered paid,

statei-.ent was approved.

It was the opinion of the Board that the Election Board
should not be given permission to use the library.
Ers. Lukets resignation was accented.
it was roved by i'-Ir. Crosby, seconded by Mr. Burns, that
Chief Leis be asked if it would be possible for him to
arrange to replace the fluorescent tubes in the reading;
room. Ti such an arr ar --ement could be made, the library
would establish a small set of recent literature in each
fare-houses
11r. -ichtner stated that a thermostat coulU be borrowed
T from the city for use in the boiler.
