BILLS: On motion: by Mr. Fichtner, seconded by Mr. Burns, the bills in the amount of x'2,801.36 were ordered paid. LIBRARIAN'S REPORT: The Librarian's report was accepted and the financial statement was ap_roved. OLD BUSINESS: There was a discussion of the replacement of lamps. It —as decided that further discussion would take _place at the next meeting; of the Board. It was also decided that any minor repairs or alter- ations to the plant should be taken up through the head of the Public Works Department. A brief report was made on the flag,raising at the Branch. The Board expressed its thanks to the Delta Chi Sigma sorority. NEW BUSINESS: It was 'asked that the librarian inquire into the money received from lost books. On a motion by Fichtner, seconded by Crosby, X50 was d@signated as the renumeration that would be 'allowed Mr. Leehich for convention expenses.
