were read and approved.
BILLS
On motion by Mr. Crosby, seconded by Mr. Fichtner, the
bills in the amount of �i,431.43 mere ordered paid.
LIBRARIAN IS REPORT
The librarians report was accepted and the financial
statement was approved.

The matter of the budget was heldoveruntil the following
meeting.

It was moved by Mr. Fichtner, seconded by Mr. Crosbsr,
that the meeting be adjourned until a later date to
be determined by the Chairman of the Board after the
consultation of the board members.
