BURLIPGAME PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD
December 16, 1953
Trustees present: President--Airs. Johnson, Mr. Fichtner, Pair. Cargill,
Airs. Damm.
MINUTES
The minutes of the previous meeting of November 18, 1953, were
read and approved.
BILLS
On a motion by Pair. Cargill, seconded by Airs. Damm, the bills
in the amount of :1,993.18 were ordered paid.
LIBRARIAN'S REPORT
The Librariants report was accepted and the financial state-
ment was approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Moving Alain Desk. It will be necessary for the electrician
to check the wiring; before the desk is moved.
NE-1 BUSINESS
-Lights for the Branch. The Librarian was instructed to con-
tact Mr. parr about the installation of fluorescent lights
in the stack at the Branch.
By-laws were reviewed.
Staff Room. It was moved by Mr. Fichtner, seconded by Air.
Uargill, that not more than 050 should be spent in replacing
the cooking equipment and refurbishing the staff room at the
Library.
ADJOURWENT
On a motion by Air. Cargill, seconded by Mrs. Damm, the meeting
was adjourned.
