This repair should also eliminate added expense in the future for the repair of dry rot and other causes of wood decay under the building. Circulation Our patrons continue to use the library at an increasing rate, Parking Situation The proposed changes on Bellevue Avenue will make the distances for parking. cars for the library personnel much greater than at present. It is hoped that some solution will be worked out so that a small parking area may be constructed at the back of the library.
