New Branch Site. There was a discussion of the reaction of the Board of Trustees
o "ane Wleaent ry School District to our proposals. 1zrther action on this will

was instructed to incorporate the budget information sheets rith the minutes of this

to be formed from Hinds derived from fines and fees.

Library Aid Appointment. The eliible list for the position of library aid, as
can `u_cted+b�y' the C vYf-Service Corm d?scion was received. After careful consideration
of the extensive list of 14 names, it teras decided that the applicant rated highest
by the Civil Service Commission should be accepted. On a motion by 'r. Cargill and
seconded by 7,Tr. "dwards and carried, ,:rs. Gertrude F. Smoody was appointed library
aid, effective June 1, 1957.
