There was a slight damp in the chi?drenas Circulation at the Mein and a considerable drop in the fiction circulation at both the main end the Branch, This is usually offset by the increase in the childrenas circulation at the Main whereas, it shawed a loss of .4 of 15. STAFF Miss Joyce Carlson, mho has bean acting circulation assistant for several months, has left to join the "Peace Corps". She will be missed as one of the most capable and industrious of the varlaus candidates for the permanent position of Library Assistant. During the period of her stay she handled over three thousand gift books.-deciding whether to use them for replacements, n .w titles, or book sale stock. Her background both as a student of English Literature and as a back store employee helped her in this work. It will be difficult to find a repla(.;ems"t with the seine qualifications.
