MIMES OF THE MEETING OF THE BURLINGAME PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD January 16, 1962 4, Trustees Present: Pres. Edwards, Trustee Harrison, Trustee Cohendet, Trustee Moody Trustees Absent: Trustee Crosby MINUTES Minutes of the previous meeting of December 19, 1961, were read and approved. BILLS On a motion by Trustee ';Moody, seconded by Trustee Cohendet, bills in the amount of '2,477.29 were ordered paid. LItRARIANIS REPORT The Librarian's report was read and accepted. MONTHLY FINANCIAL STATEMENT The financial statement was approved and placed on file. OLD BUSINESS Non-Fesident Cards. The Librarian was instructed to determine the average costs to the taxpayer for library services, and further discussion of the charges for non-residents was tabled until the next meeting. NE!+'4 BUS 2IESS The Librarian reported that he was making a study of the salvage value of the furnishings of the 1249 Bellevue property. Disposition of the building will be discussed at the next meeting. Mrs. Allsebrook will move out at the end of January, and the Librarian reported that he would collect the rents and turn them in to the City Treasurer. ADJOURNMEVT On a motion by Trustee Moody, seconded by Trustee Cohendet, the meeting adjourned.
