BURLINGAME PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD
August 27, 1962
Trustees Present: Pres. Moody, Trustee Cohendet, Trustee Lynes.
Trustees Absent: Trustee Harrison was excused on account of illness.
Trustee DeMartini was excused on account of vacation.
NEW BUSINESS
Student Body Card. Mr. Moody stated that the special meeting would concern only the
issuance of a special student body non-resident card, and that the special reading of the minutes,
etc. would be dispensed with. He summarized briefly the need for such a card.
It was moved by Mrs. Cohendet, seconded by Mr. Lynes, that a special non-resident student
registration card, non-transferable, be issued at a fee of $7.00. A student body card, or
acceptable identification, must be submitted when card is presented at loan desk. Motion
carried.
Aye - Mrs. Cohendet, Mr. Moody, Mr. Lynes. Mrs. Harrison
requested that it be recorded that she agreed with

ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Mr. Lynes, seconded by Mrs. Cohendet, the meeting adjourned.
