Cha+3 WICA`?'ICNS: NEW BUS!-''E:35: ADJOURNMEN-T: MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BURLINGAME PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD December 17, 1962 Trustees Present: President Moody, Trustee Cohendet, Trustee DeMartini. Trustees Absent: Trustee Harrison, Trustee Lynes. MINUTES Minutes of the previous meeting of November 19, 1962, were read and approved. BILLS On a motion by Mr. DeMartini, seconded by Mrs. Cohendet, bills in the amount of $4,067.66 were ordered paid. LIBRARIAN'S REPORT The Librarian's report was read and accepted. MONTHLY FINANCIAL STATEMENT The financial statement was approved and placed on file. OLD BUSINESS Salaries. The Librarian reported that the State Survey supplementary report, as requested by the City Council for all city employees, had been received and would possibly be considered by the Council at the December 17th meeting. Branch site. Chairman Moody stated that he had received a letter from Lloyd Lynes which said that he had spoken to Dr. Cory who was quote favorably inclined toward the idea of a Branch on the property of the CTA in the Mills area. Mr. Lynes will meet with Mr. Moody to view the site, etc. soon. COMMUNICATIONS Mrs. Cohendet stated that the Friends had received a $50 contribution to the Armsby Memorial Room from Mr. Marshall and a $25 contribution from Mrs. Hendrickson. The Librarian stated that Mrs. Duncan had three very appropiiate drapes which would be donated for use in the room. NEW BUSINESS Resignation of Miss Ramona Trinrud--LLbESg Assistant. It was moved by Mr. DeMartini, seconded by Mrs. Cohendet, that the resignation of Miss Trinrud be accepted with regret. Mrs. Cohendet stated that the Friends had trimmed the Christmas tree in the Library. ADJOURNMENT On a motion by Mrs. Cohendet, seconded by Mr. DeMartini, the meeting was adjourned.
