RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame, California, that it does hereby accept that certain
Grant Deed dated January 31, 1979, executed by AEROBAY OFFICE
CENTER, a limited partnership, and that the same be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
California.
I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk do hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the Sth day of
March, 1979, by the following vote:

DESCRIPTION OF EDWARDS ROAD
This parcel is to be used for street and public utility purposes only.
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of the
lands of Mills Estate Incorporated, said point also being in the Southeasterly
boundary of the lands designated on the map entitled "UNIT NO. 5, MILLSDALE
INDUSTRIAL PARK, BURLINGAME, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA," filed in the
office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on
May 18, 1955 in Book 42of Maps at pages 21, 22 and 23, and the Southwesterly
line of Rollins Road as established in Final Judgment in Condemnation out of
the Superior Court in and for the County of San Mateo, Case No. 68276, in
favor of.the City of Burlingame and recorded June 24, 1957, in Book 3238 of
Official Records at page 449 (File No. 61224-P), Records of San Mateo County,
California; thence South 570 06' 15" East 3.57 feet, more or less, and
Southeasterly on the arc of a curve to the right, tangent to the preceding
r_mirse, said curve having a radius of 408 feet, central angle of 30 00' 00"
an arc length of 21.36 feet;thence along the Southwesterly line of Rollins
Road South 540 06' 15" East 338.85 feet to the point of beginning; thence on
the arc of a -curve to the right, tangent to the preceding course, said curve
having a radius of 30.00 feet, a central angle of 900 00' 00", an arc length
of 47.12 feet; thence South 35" 53' 45" West 189.55 feet; thence on the arc of
a curve to the right, tangent to the preceding course, said curve .having a
radius of 30.00 feet, a central angle of 810 49' 51" an arc length of 42.85
feet; thence South 62° 16' 24" East 111.12 feet along the northeasterly line
of North Carolan Avenue (formerly Rollins Road); thence on the arc of a curve
to the right, from a tangent that bears North 54" 06' 15" West, said curve
having a radius of 30.00 feet, central angle of 980 10' 09" an arc length
of 51.40 feet; thence North 35" 53' 45" East 173.77 feet; thence on the 'arc
of a curve to the right, tangent to the preceding course, said curve having a
radius of 30.00 feet, a central angle of 900 00' 00" an arc length of 47.12
feet; thence North 54° 06' 15" West 110.00 feet along the Southwesterly line
of Rollins Road to the point of beginning. Parcel containing approximately
12,890 square feet.
